Elder Richard Ransford Otoo-Larkai is a retired Accountant who has been with World Bible Missionary Church for over 30 years. He is currently the acting Administrator of the church. He is also a church Elder who doubles as an interpreter and preaches intermittently on Wednesday services and all nights services as well. He worked with Social Security And National Insurance Trust (SSNIT)for thirty eight years as Officer in Charge of Stores,Students Loans and Repayment. He was Branch Accountant for Wa,Tamale, Axim, Kokomlemleand Accra Industrial Area.Mr Otoo Larkai is son of fisher folk whose beginning was tough and rough and got streamlined after getting in touch with Jesus.He is married with three amazing children.
